Dental Specialist in Temporomandibular Disorders and Orofacial Pain
DR. FERNANDO BALDIOCEDA graduated from the University of Costa Rica in 1977. He later obtained his Specialty in Orofacial Pain from the School of Dentistry at the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1989. He also obtained a Masters in Oral Biology as well as training in restorative dentistry, and a scholarship in Chronic Head and Neck Pain from the School of Medicine at the same University.
He has over 25 years of experience in restorative dentistry, orofacial pain and jaw joint disorders (TMJ). His extensive experience has given him an expertise in the detection and diagnosis in these subjects.
DR. FERNANDO BALDIOCEDA is member of the International Association for the Study of Pain (PSIA) and maintains a constant training to stay up to date with the latest studies and techniques in these topics.
